Project - Coach Road Meadows

Furey Consulting Engineers were appointed by Westin Homes Ltd. to act as lead consultant and principal engineers providing a full suite of PSDP and Assigned Certifier services for development of a greenfield site at Clane, Co. Kildare. The project consists of the construction of 312 no. dwelling units (in a mix of semi-detached, terraced,  duplex over apartment units and apartment blocks), and creche. The development commenced in 2022 and is due for completion by 2026.
