Decathlon Sports
Decathlon Sports are one of the largest sports retail outlets in Europe. Furey Consulting Engineers were appointed as the project Civil and Structural Engineers for the development of their €13m flagship new store and corporate headquarters located beside IKEA in Ballymun, Dublin 11 measuring 58,000 square feet.
Alderborough Manor
This project involved the development of a housing scheme of 89 houses plus creche in Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow for Fitzpatrick Heavy Homes. Our involvement in the project included securing planning for the development and a full range of professional services, acting as lead consultant.
Coachroad Meadows
Coachroad Meadows, located in Clane, Co. Kildare, is a development of 312 no. dwelling units (in a mix of semi-detached, terraced, duplex over apartment units and apartment blocks), and creche. The development commenced in 2022 and is due for completion by 2026.
Abbottfield
Furey Consulting Engineers were originally involved in the planning process for this development in 2008 and were then appointed as the Project Engineers by the purchasers of the site in 2018. The project involved the full consultancy services for the construction and certification of the construction phase of the development.
