Decathlon
Decathlon are one of the largest sports retail outlets in Europe. Furey Consulting Engineers were appointed as the project Civil and Structural Engineers for the development of their €13m flagship new store and corporate headquarters located beside IKEA in Ballymun, Dublin 11 measuring 58,000 square feet.
The Willows
This project involved the development of a housing scheme of 46 houses in the heart of Allenwood, Co. Kildare for JAJ Construction Ltd. Our involvement in the project included preparation of all planning documentation and lodgment of the application to Kildare County Council.
Hemmingway Park
Hemmingway park was an incomplete housing development left after the economic downturn in 2008. Furey Consulting Engineers were engaged in 2019 by Hemingway Homes Limited as the project engineers to amend the existing planning permission and to complete the development.
Westin Homes
Furey Consulting Engineers were originally involved in the planning process for this development in 2008 and were then appointed as the Project Engineers by the purchasers of the site in 2018. The project involved the full consultancy services for the construction and certification of the construction phase of the development.
