Conor Furey
B.E., C.Eng., MIEI
Conor Furey started Conor Furey & Associates Ltd. in 1994 the original aim and still the driving goal of the firm is to provide a comprehensive consultancy service to all aspects of the construction industry. He had a previous career with the Corps of Engineers in The Irish Defence Forces where he worked as the Commanding Officer of the Engineer Unit in Casement Aerodrome where he gained experience in the Aviation Industry relating to the design and operation of the Aerodrome. On leaving the military along with the vast experience in general engineering he brought the specialist element of Aviation Consultancy as part of the overall offer that the firm provides. Conor Furey retired from the military as a Commandant after 20 years of service. Since 1994 both Conor and the firm have gained enormous experience in all aspects of development having provided services to all aspects of both Commercial and Public bodies
Conor Furey now leads one of the most successful provincial engineering Consultancy services in the country and as a business owner in Naas he is a member of BNI and The Rotary Club of Naas.
Peter Conran
B.E., C.Eng., MIEI
Peter Conran is a Chartered Engineer. Peter also spent time with The Defence Forces and has worked for Pat Moore Builders and RMI before his association with Conor Furey & Associates Ltd. Due to his extensive and in-depth knowledge of construction, Peter heads up our building survey element of the business which also extends to site inspections and ongoing monitoring of works.
Rory O’Hare
B.E. Structural, MIEI
Rory joined Conor Furey & Associates Ltd. in 2002 and has become an integral part of the business though his primary degree is in structural engineering he also has a diploma in civils and fronts up the civil, drainage and environmental aspects of the business, liaison with Irish Water and the Local Authority and our clients. He has extensive experience in all areas of building from ICF construction through to temporary works certificates.
Emmet Furey
B.E., MIEI
Emmet Furey joined the family business in 2013 as a structural engineer. As well as his usual meetings with clients, current and new, his specialty is structural design. Emmet also deals with PRAI and first registration mapping queries and Building Control Management System submissions including completion certificate lodgment. Since he joined the firm, he has updated all methods of collating data and brought efficiencies to Conor Furey & Associates Ltd. to allow the running of the company more efficiently and effectively.
Niall Furey
B.E., MIEI
Niall Furey joined the family business in 2018 after completion of his Structural Engineering Degree in Bolton Street. He has completed his Post Grad Diploma in Fire Safety Practice and brings a greater knowledge of fire issues to all projects.

Michele joined Conor Furey & Associates Ltd. in 2011 as Office Manager. She is a Chartered Accountant and maintains the office procedures and records. Among her previous roles, she worked as Financial Controller at BTW, Suzuki Cars (Irl) Ltd and Lowe Alpine.

David Mulcahy, Ba. (Mod), MRUP, MSc Urban Design, MIPI, MRTPI is a Chartered Planning Consultant based in Newbridge. David provides the reports required detailing the zoning, uses, both current and past, and Planning Reports when required for planning applications.
Gillick Fire Safety Ltd.
Tony Gillick, B.E., C.Eng., M.Sc (Fire Safety Engineering) is another associate of Conor Furey & Associates Ltd. He joins the team when fire becomes an issue. This can be for the construction of apartment blocks, creches, bars or any houses above two storey.

John McGuiness is the Chartered Engineer we use when we need Site Characteristic Reports for planning applications. He is also based locally and if we are unable to carry out a pre purchase survey, John is our recommended engineer.

Transportation Services Ltd deals with all aspects of traffic whether moving, slowing or stopping. Michael Moran, as principal of TPS Ltd., provides all the details and traffic analysis when a traffic report is requested for planning permissions, extensions to commercial premises or road traffic elements.
