Furey Consulting Engineers were initially appointed to secure planning permission for this major housing development in Baltinglass. Following successful planning approval, we sourced and connected Fitzpatrick & Heavey Homes as the developer to purchase the site. The developer then appointed us as lead consulting engineers for the project, which required complex infrastructure solutions including the design and construction of Baltinglass’s first-ever roundabout on the N81.
