Case Study - The Willows

This project involved the development of a housing scheme of 46 houses in the heart of Allenwood, Co. Kildare for JAJ Construction Ltd. Our involvement in the project included preparation of all planning documentation and lodgment of the application to Kildare County Council. Furey Consulting Engineers. were then retained by JAJ Construction Ltd for the construction stage of the housing development. Our work involved all architectural design of the housing estate layout, and house types, and structural design of each house. Our services also included all on site infrastructure including drainage design and roads design, and all certification and associated mapping required for the legal team to complete sales. The client’s and main contractors are brothers Alan & James Percival.
